The Strategic Transformation Executive
Ground Truth
The advancement gap is not a confidence deficit. It is evidence, visibility and access.
Executive effectiveness research is consistent: generic confidence programs misdiagnose an opportunity problem as a personal one. This assessment measures what decision-makers actually evaluate.
0
independent samples
Meta-analysis found no overall gender difference in perceived leadership effectiveness. Women were rated more effective by others.
0
executives studied
Women were rated higher on current performance yet lower on future potential and promotability.
0
governance dimensions
Board readiness is assessed against strategy, risk, finance, stakeholders, performance, culture and succession.
Methodology
Six dimensions of executive effectiveness
Built on validated frameworks and executive effectiveness research. Each dimension is scored against five structured evidence levels, from no relevant evidence through to enterprise-level evidence.
Strategic Clarity
Frames consequential choices, reads the external environment and connects resources to strategy.
Decision Quality
Tests assumptions, applies critical thinking and makes sound decisions under uncertainty.
Execution Excellence
Converts strategy into measurable commercial outcomes with clear accountability.
Stakeholder Influence
Shapes decisions beyond formal authority and applies constructive challenge.
Governance Judgment
Applies director duties, risk appetite and financial oversight to real decisions.
Leadership Reputation
Distinctive, visible leadership value supported by sponsorship and senior advocacy.

Designed to postgraduate standard. Assessed by portfolio.
Each pathway mirrors the rigour of postgraduate study, so your Certificate of Completion is backed by a body of assessed work you can put in front of an admissions panel.
Postgraduate-level design
Learning outcomes, assessment rigour and volume of learning are written with reference to published postgraduate-level descriptors.
Board-room-ready assessment
No quizzes. Every pathway is assessed through strategic plans, case analyses, white papers and board papers drawn from live organisational contexts.
Panel-assessed simulation
Governance and enterprise simulations scored by trained assessors against behavioural anchors, with written feedback retained as evidence.
Portfolio for credit applications
Graduates leave with a documented, weighted assessment portfolio and Certificate of Completion to present to University admissions and Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) panels.
Programs are designed and assessed with reference to Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) level descriptors. Valdura Advisory Group is not a registered higher education provider, and Certificates of Completion are not AQF qualifications. Any credit or Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) toward a University award is at the sole discretion of the receiving institution.
